The world today is witnessing a wide spread of crises of various types and forms and directions, which requires a real will and organized efforts to address and treat them in a safe and effective manner. Most crises occur in different societies and institutions, economic, health, political, security, educational, etc., as a result of sudden changes in their internal or external environments, historical neglect, epidemic, or human or natural disasters. The crisis also occurs as a result of conflicts, wars, cultural, intellectual and sectarian conflicts, or the leak of important information.
